The two-storey house combines rustic charm with modern comforts and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and television. A high chair and a cot can be provided upon request. The private outdoor area features a garden, open terrace, barbecue, and pool. Sun loungers invite you to relax in the sun, and the outdoor dining area is ideal for meals together. In about 7 minutes by car, you can reach both Pollença and Port de Pollença, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest supermarket is in Port de Pollença (7 minutes by car / 5 km), where you can also visit the port or enjoy the beach. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 47 minutes away by car (63 km).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and events are not permitted.



It is not allowed to connect an electric car to the property's sockets. If you need to charge an electric car, this service is available for an extra fee.



You are requested to use the air conditioning responsibly: it should not be left on when no one is on the property and should not be used 24 hours a day. If excessive dirt is found at the end of your stay, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
