The house and garden are really quite special and although a little tired (bathroom and kitchen in particular) it has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with some nice touches and we really enjoyed the pool and the garden and terraces. ”Lovely 3 bed villa with great air conditioning. Garden got the sun all day, and was a perfect size for 4 friends. Short 20 min walk to town. Roads on the lead up to Villa are narrow so take care on corners.”

”What a great week at this lovely homely and characterful villa. Really well stocked with everything one needed and beautiful art work that pleased us all. The bikes were a real asset when needing to nip to the local supermarket only a short ride away. Craig is an amazing host! All problems/ queries sorted immediately and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We did hire a car but believe the buses are brilliant and easily accessible. We all agreed we would love to return!”

”Cosy house located near a beautiful family beach which we enjoyed very much. The villa complex is nice, and green, with a great shared pool. The house had all you need, however we found some a little out dated, but nothing to big. We were happy we rented a car, because the town is lovely, but has not to much to offer, especially in September, but Pollença is 10 minute drive and a more vibrant place. We enjoyed our stay.”

”Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool ist richtig schön groß (10x5m) und der Garten groß und schön gepflegt. Es ist ein altes Haus, dass schon vor einigen Jahren renoviert wurde. Aber alles ist ordentlich hergerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem... Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Pollensa entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg nach Pollensa. Man kommuniziert wirklich mit den Besitzern, einer sehr netten jungen Familie.”

”Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Pins sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar. Eins der Bäder war etwas ungemütlich. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, lieber direkt in den nächstgelegenen Lidl/Eroski zu fahren, da der Spar, der an der Unterkunft liegt, praktisch keine Auswahl hat und viel zu überteuert ist. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, trotzdem war die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Tischtennisplatte & Co super. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt!”

”Really well laid out property, with all the things needed for a weeks stay (including filter coffee machine, modern gas BBQ and a nice pool) Plenty of towels and a really good living space. Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the...

Vorab gab es die Adresse des Hauses von der Agentur, samt Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Hat alles prima geklappt. Das Haus war super sauber, die Hand- und Badetücher auch, die Betten super gemütlich und der Außenbereich einfach unbeschreiblich schön und gepflegt mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und einem riesengroßen Pool.
