”Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit z.b. genügend Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Musikbox, Tischtennisplatte, Grillkohle, usw. ”Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

”Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt.”

”Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

”The furniture (sofa) needs cleaning. The shower curtain was disgusting, moldy. I mentioned it the host. Can't be that much to replace a shower curtain, especially for what we paid for the place. There is a roach problem, thankfully they did have roach spray under the sink. Its a central location, walkable to beaches and restaurants, and grocery stores. No parking from unit but not too difficult to find street parking. ”

”Great location in the quieter part of town. A short walk to the beach and, further along the beach road, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking over the shared pool and the bonus of air conditioning. Our host Barbara was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.”

”The communication regarding the key access came last minute and didn't allow for our planning. It doesn't help that WhatsApp was preferred by the owner. I don't use WhatsApp! Believe it or not, but there are pople on this planet who don't. The house did have intense musty damp smell as if it wasn't aired for a very long time. This didn't change after airing by us, so good luck for the next. We didn't expect to much, but after renting multiple houses over years this was the first one not to find...

”The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away. Property manager was lovely and very helpful regarding our departure as the roads were due to be closed for a sporting event. However, it was annoying to have to...
