It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

”Lovely property - location excellent. Would advise a small car as roads and corners tricky to navigate with a large car! The number of steps will be a problem for people with leg or hip problems ( trust me ). We loved the property especially the garden which is a beautiful serene area and spent many a happy hour there. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Karin was an excellent host and came out of her way to find us when we got lost on route! We will definitely return....

Completely unprofessional and uncalled for, due to a poor communication issue on his side regarding payment in cash which was not stipulated in any of the communications. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. ”We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Pollensa, it’s a pretty short walk down into town and to the beach, the area was quiet and residential. The rooms and bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned.
