”Tv did not work”

”Stayed here several times over the last 3 years,always clean and the staff nice and a quiet place ”

”​"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent four-night stay. On one of those nights, I was locked out of my room and unable to gain entry until 5 AM. Despite paying for the full night, I was essentially denied access to my accommodations and have yet to receive any reimbursement. Furthermore, I experienced a second lockout during my stay, and room service was consistently unavailable. Given these significant lapses in service, I am requesting some type of reimbursement."”

”This property is not maintained very well. The elevator seems very old, makes strange noises and has an electric or oil type of smell on the third floor. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom and the lights didn’t work. Most of the complimentary breakfast was gone when we got there (an hour before it ended).”

”Very nice staff. Close to an event we were attending. No frills, but a quiet, comfortable place to sleep.”

”I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date...

”For the most part, the room is decent. It's like a small studio apartment with a full fridge, microwave and stove top. The only thing that annoyed me was the noise coming from the room next to mine and especially the room above me. I don't know if they have kids running around or what, but I constantly been hearing thumbing noises above my room most of the time. ”

”The hairdryer in our room did not work. When asked for a new one, was taken to 3 different rooms until we found one that worked. The towels were pretty thread bare but the room did appear clean. Would not stay here again with other options available nearby.”

”Very quiet room and the hotel seemed quiet too (no drama). The guy that checked me in was awesome and very helpful. Great location. My 1 tiny complaint is the office had a bad smell. Great place!”

”Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. ”

”Easy check in. Good location that was well lit and felt safe. Room was clean and has been updated. Booked a queen but stayed in a king. Was a very pleasant upgrade. ”

”This is just an Ok hotel, the room was dusty and the window has a big crack in it. I can compliment the staff as they were very friendly. Parking is plentiful and free.”
