”Breakfast was good. Check in was awful they didn’t check us in around 3pm when they said they would. They didn’t have any clean towels the front desk said they are still in the dryer I don’t know when they will be done. The sink and bathtub clogged the entire time. They also charged us another $115 for no reason. ”

”We stayed for 4 days for Mother’s Day weekend and we loved this hotel! Staff very friendly and welcoming as we checked in and out! Loved the room, the only drawback was the pillows, they were to soft and flimsy.. but all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon!”

Y las muchachas de la limpieza estaban hablando mucho y se escuchaba todo , y faltaban dos horas para entregar la habitación, y una de ellas llegó a tocar la puerta que ya quería limpiar la habitación, me pareció un poco feo yo entiendo que es su trabajo, pero uno paga de 4:00 pm a 11:00 am , por lo demás todo bien.”

”The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy.
