”This cottage has loads of character whilst having all the modern necessities, like lovely showers, washing machine, coffee machine etc. The views from all the rooms are spectacular, looking out over the harbour and out to sea.Communications with Amanda (the owner) were easy and she left nothing to chance with very clear emails and texts before the stay and answering any questions very promptly. ”The house has lovely views and our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The house is on a very steep hill but it’s not too far to reach all Polperro has to offer. I found the hill ok but my 80 year old uncle did struggle so just something to bear in mind. Private parking for 2 cars at the Ship Inn was so helpful as the main car park is a long walk away. I would definitely come back again.”

”The house is very near the harbour, which is good, but it’s a basement flat, so it’s pretty dark and you need the lights on all the time. Also, the ceilings are low and my 6ft tall husband kept forgetting and banging his head. You definitely need to book the luggage taxi as the designated car parking space is up a very steep, narrow hill. Well situated for walking the southwest coastal path.”

”Had a really lovely long weekend in Polperro. Jaime and Teresa are very responsive hosts and the accommodation is very clean, modern and well designed for a small cottage. Situated in the heart of Polperro, so as the details state, parking is up a fairly steep hill - a longer stay would definitely keep you fit! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
