”Arrived here after a 6 hour drive and found the property easily. The house was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well equip for all of us. There was 8 of us and was perfect. The best part of it was the location and only 5 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ and a further 15 mins walk to the town. Definitely would recommend this property 👌”

”The house was amazing, 4 bedrooms all with en-suite and large lounge/ diner. It was fantastic accommodation for the week, good location for Padstow, 15 min drive, and near to the A30 for travel on day trips. The on-site facilities were good, including their & Flow-rider. I would stay again and definitely recommended.”

”We (family with three kids (12, 17, 19)) enjoyed the stay and used the house as a base for trips through Cornwall. For our purposes it was very well suited, but we didn't used the kitchen or the TV (left in the morning, coming back in the evening). House was clean and everything we needed worked as supposed.”

”A superb renovation of this spacious and light-filled vacation home. The Carthouse is beautifully outfitted and thoughtfully prepared for visitors. A few staples were provided and the kitchen was easy to use. The location is superb and provided easy access to all points of Cornwall.”

”A beautiful cottage in a great location. Excellent facilities for cooking our Christmas dinner. We were a group of four adults, (family) 2 couples, it was ideal for our Christmas break, with two bathrooms and bedrooms. When electricity went off, the caretaker had maintenance with us within the hour, very impressive! and it was resolved. An amazing week, thank you.”

”Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. ”Wow!! Is the only word i can use for this property and the to the owner Debra. I booked this lovely weekend getaway for our daughters 30th birthday and we stayed in pipistrell house. Even before we stayed Debra was spot with communicating with us, if we had any questions then she would respond straight away. The actual stay was just perfect to host any celebration.
