”Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(”

”The Pullman Inn was clean and safe. No amenities to speak of which is why I gave that only 3 stars. We were there for a conference so we were only in the hotel to sleep. Beds were comfy, location was perfect for us and the price was right. Would definitely book it again if traveling for the same purposes.”

”I like the proximity to downtown Pullman and the cost is on my budget. The staff is friendly and very helpful letting me know everything important.”

”Photos looked good online but not great at check in. I dont really have any good to say about anything. Not good, not safe, not recomened. will never recomend this and after this visit ill never stay at any super 8 ever again. Anywhere.”

”The guy who came late in the night to check us in was very nice. Great guy. However, I felt like I was staying in down town portland, I was scared to sleep in the he'd or walk around barefoot. There was a couple moving their belongings from one room across the parking lot to another room all night long. They were living at the motel. Which isn't an issue, it was the moving of their stuff all night long, right by our door and window. We slept and left. The smell is musty and stale. We were the...

”The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.”

”Checked in late and had to wait to find someone to check us in. Floors made lots of noise and we woke up the people below us just walking from bathroom to bed. Bed was broken and made sleeping impossible. Free breakfast was nothing and we had to go find food at another establishment.”

”I was disappointed that I had to call the front desk at 10:30 because the folks at the smoking area were talking so loudly that I could hear it on the 3rd floor with the windows closed. To their credit, after the call, it was quieter. I was also disappointed to not be told that there was a fee for parking that was not included in the quoted price, nor was it disclosed to me until I got the bill for it. Just share that information up front.”

”Such welcoming staff and a very clean place to stay. We enjoyed the welcome booklet with information about the community and that it was up to date. We enjoyed discovering new things because of the information from the booklet. Such a nice surprise. The elevator needed a bit of maintenance done as some buttons were not working. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working and the a/c unit didn’t keep a constant temperature, but would work if we turned it off and then back on every few hours.”
