”The villa gave us just what we needed - rest and relaxation. Lovely to find a few essentials like bread and milk when we arrived very late at night. Very dark on the porch, so our mobile torch came in handy to do the key safe code. Very tidy house inside and out. Pool guy came regularly and kept it spotless. A gardener appeared too and sprayed some weedkiller round the garden at one point so I steered clear of that. Maria came to clean and change bedding/towels midweek and was so lovely....

”Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non...

”Het huis was fantastisch. Heerlijk ruim, zowel binnen als buiten. Overal zonwering en horren aanwezig. Het zwembad werd tussentijds onderhouden en de schoonmaakster kwam ook nog langs. Met 10 minuten lopen ben je in Latchi, een plaatsje met veel restaurants en vriendelijke mensen. De weg naar het dorp toe is wel erg donker 's avonds, maar gelukkig niet druk.”

”The villa was lovely clean loved the pool there were some issues with the outside lights the dishwasher didn't work but we had a great holiday very relaxing and very quiet lots to do and see but you definitely need a car to get around the view's from the villa are amazing we are thinking of booking again for 2024”

”Thoroughly enjoyed the location. Villa is becoming dated, but perfectly serviceable. The hot water boiler broke down and took a few days to replace, but not the end of the world. May well return.”
