”We abolutely loved the Inn and its location. The included breakfast was impressive. Karen who runs it was a gracious and friendly host. I would highly recommend staying there if in the area.”

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim in the intracoastal. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping on Canal St.& Flagler Ave.; the beach is just a few minutes drive; and there are some beautiful sights to see in the local area. ”This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious...
”This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. ”
”This hotel is a hidden gem. My family and I will return. The rooms were clean and cozy with the possibly of adjoining rooms. The king rooms connects to a double queen room. There is a steamer instead of an iron in each room, really convenient. Our accommodations were on the 3rd floor. We had a microwave and fridge. There are no balconies. The ocean view is from the front seating area outside the door. There is a big window view from the front near the door. Walking distance to dollar tree....
”Beach view and access was worth the dampness of the room expected from an older building's location on the beach.
A surprising daily parking fee of $23/night was not appreciated. Comment was that there is such a daily parking fee by hotels(even for people renting rooms) along the whole stretch of beach

”If I could give a 10 star, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, housekeeping, the property, the room, location...I could go on and on. We stayed in an oceanfront room, amazing view, quiet, comfy bed and really hot water. The pool & hot tub were sparkling clean. An added bonus is having coffee available all day. Thank you for providing a great stay, this is our new go to place when we come visit family now.”
