”The layout of the house was nice. The house is a couple of blocks from the river but there is no walkable access to the river. ”

”The property was clean, but it was not at all what was advertised. All of the property around the unit was dilapidated and terrible. You can hear every word spoken by the neighbors. I tried talking to the owner and he wouldn’t do anything at all to remedy the situation. We left early. Zero stars, would never rent again. Save your money and go somewhere else. ”

”Another wonderful stay at Josh’s Daytona Beach Resort There’s something for everyone. Ocean view, time on the balcony, pool, hot tub, beach, ocean. Quiet part of town but not far from restaurants and attractions. We would go again for sure!! Get the Lockly app for the door. It’s so easy. Internet and TV were great! Josh was great. No problems. ”

”Good communication with host. House was clean..lots of towels and utensils etc. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was very nice. Landscaping looks like it took a hit due to the recent FL freeze.”

Highly recommend this place views were perfect ! We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Our 14 year old granddaughter will never forget her perfect Florida vacation thanks again !”
