Casa da Piedade is an independent part of a rural house and is ideal for families and groups up to four people.The accommodation is 80 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a sunny balcony with a wide view to the ocean and agricultural land. There is also an outdoor parking area.It is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.LOCATIONThe house is in a rural area at 490 m from sea level and at 5,4 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.The house has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.REMARKSA car is recommended to this location and free parking is available in the property or on the street.As some roads in Madeira are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with powerful engines are recommended.Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise caused by dogs and other domestic animals in neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the surroundings that can be attracted by food scraps.The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.CONDITIONS1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
