”A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place”

”What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!”

”Quarto limpo, cama excelente”

”Sensacional! Certamente me hospedaria outra vez lá!”

”Englannin kielen taito puuttui, joka on hotelli ja ravintoalan ehdoton edellytys kaikilla henkilökuntaan kuuluvilla.”

”Quarto limpo e funcionários gentis ”

”The breakfast was great. The luncheon dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was not good at all extremely salty and did not taste like Brazilian bread food at all, which is very delicious disappointed in the food.”

”It would have been nice to be informed that the gym was not available for the duration of our stay prior to our arrival. (although they said we could use the gym on their other hotel, it was not a feasible solution. The staff was nice, the location was perfect, the room was clean, the rooftop pool was nice and quiet (apart from when one family decided to let their children run wild, then we and others had to leave as it became too much on the other people there). Breakfast had a good variety...

”Tudo ótimo”

”I liked the location, cleanliness and hygiene. Staff very helpful. But the internet was down too many times, and was a nuisance. But the worst thing I could single out was the elevator. Way too many guests for only two elevators. There were always line ups of people to get to the elevator. Very unpleasant. Thanks.”
