  • Welcome to your stunning 3,800 sq ft oceanfront retreat, perfectly designed for an unforgettable vacation. Nestled directly on a wide, sandy beach, this expansive home offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean stretching to the horizon, complemented by the serene backdrop of Guana State Park. Step inside to discover:

    A bright, open-concept living space featuring gleaming hardwood floors, a large sectional sofa, and a spacious dining area.

    Expansive glass doors that invite natural light and open onto an enclosed lanai, allowing you to savor the refreshing ocean breeze and panoramic vistas while drinking your morning coffee.



    First floor-

    • Two large ocean-view bedrooms (one king room and one room with two queens) each with their own private entry to first floor porch. Both provided with 43" smart tvs

    • One newly remodeled bathroom with shower

    • Gorgeous billiard room with kitchenette/ wet bar offers a full-sized pool table, 55" smart tv, plenty of seating and board games for the whole family!

Beautiful home right on the beach. Everything we needed was provided. It was more than we expected. The steps were challenging but I managed them. It was an ideal location, close enough but not in the middle of mass commercialism. Very peaceful. Thank you for sharing with us.

Perfect beach house stay!

Beautiful house and perfect for our stay! The house was extremely well equipped and we really enjoyed having an area downstairs for the kids to hang out, and an area upstairs for the adults. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach stay!

Wonderful South Ponte Vedra home

My wife and I, our boys and their friends had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at this well appointed home right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean and sunset overlooking Guana State Park.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time! This is a beautiful home, excellent location, very clean, and comfy beds. We ate at several great restaurants, had loads of outdoor adventures, and cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Sea la wonderful

This is the perfect vacation home. We stayed for TPC and it was the perfect location. Not too far from the course and not too far from st Augustine. Very nice property. Highly recommend.

Clean, beautiful beach house on a quiet, private beach!!! The host was very quick to respond, when we had a couple of minor issues. Layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The views are amazing as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent house, location and experience.

Labor Day

This was a great beach house for my family of 8. Loved walking outside to the beach. House clean & up to date. Host was available anytime I texted. If we come back for another trip I hope we can stay here ❤️.

Great place for family with older children

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

Family vacation

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.
