”Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered.”

”Room was not ready 2 hrs post check in. Staff did their best but my dinner reservations could not be met which was the reason for my visit dinner and a show. The bed was terribly uncomfortable felt very old. The “city” view of my balcony was of a shopping mall and the parking lot. The attached restaurant breakfast was excellent . Over all very disappointing.”

”I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before. What hotel would want to give their guest a dirty room. I took...

”Always stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting my daughter. Great staff, excellent breakfast bar, clean rooms, well equipped gym, centrally located and nice restaurant/bar next door.”

”The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. I appreciate the have a heart mouse traps in ice rooms, but very gross to be visible to...
