”Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reparaturversuchs durch Paolo konnte sie während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.Auch der Komfort der Betten überzeugte uns nicht (eher harte Matratzen). ”Hôte accueillant et très belle maison à l’extérieur.Cependant, la cuisine pourrait être améliorée : les ustensiles n’étaient pas propres (très gras), il manquait une passoire, un plat au four, un économe... et seulement 4 bols pour le petit-déjeuner.Le nettoyage en général est à améliorer.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Lucia”

”The view from the patio is stunning and is setup for relaxing and dining. The property needs some attention though and a good thorough cleaning. We found it necessary to wash all of the dishes and cookware we used as it did not appear clean. The stairs to access the property were a challenge for some in our party, others enjoyed the challenge and the reward of the view.
