La Maison de Victoire et Alix - House with a Garden in the Heart of Pontrieux

Welcome to Victoire and Alix's House! Located in the heart of Pontrieux, the Little Venice of Trégor, our house, fully renovated in 2024, is perfect for exploring the region. Just a 3-minute walk from shops and restaurants, enjoy village life while being close to tourist attractions and beaches. With its private garden, tasteful decor, and included amenities, our house offers all the comforts for an authentic stay in Brittany, whether you're traveling as a family, a couple, or with friends. The Accommodation: Your comfort is our priority. We are dedicated to creating a cozy haven for you! Linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, dish towel), beds are made before your arrival, and we provide free essentials for your stay (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning product, soap, shower gel and laundry detergent, coffee/tea, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper). Your cozy retreat for the duration of your stay: The house is organized on three levels: - a first floor: with a bedroom (choice of king-size bed or twin beds - please specify your preference when booking), a bathroom (shower + toilet), an entrance, and a laundry area. This floor has a ceiling height of 2.05m. - A floor with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and board games. - A semi-open mezzanine above the living room with a sleeping area (queen-size bed). We like to welcome our guests with a little surprise :) Guest access: Unfortunately, the unusual layout on different levels makes it difficult to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
