”This place is fantastic and we would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed and lovely room. Perfect temperature control. The hotel is quieter than most places we’ve stayed, very relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was accidentally not ready for us when we arrived, and the staff over the phone got us checked in immediately in another available room. ”The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!”

”Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The room and the common areas were clean and welcoming. Parking was handy. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will definitely stay here again when in Duluth. The only negative observation I will make is that the breakfast was the weakest aspect of our stay. The hot items were barely warm. Staff did not seem to be present to answer questions or assure that hot items remained hot.”
