”Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

”Great environment. It was our second stay! Make sure you book a panorama room. It’s a confusing as all the other rooms say they have a mountain view. This time the room had a water leak from the terrace window, so the floor and curtains had stains. Did not look very welcoming. Mentioned it, however, front desk just said we are sorry, nothing else. A bit weird was also this time that some guest before and after us at check-in got welcome drinks, but we didn’t? Perhaps mentioning the policy at...

”Nice hotel in a beautiful picture postcard area. Room was basic, spacious and clean. There is a restaurant on site but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Small playground outside for kids.”

”This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious. I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further. ”

”Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!”
