Villa Evita is a lovely, modern furnished holiday house (semi-detached house) located in the quarter Kukci, about 3 km from the sea and 4 km (less than 5 minutes drive) from Porec.

The house was built in 2006 and in 2015 finished and equipped with quality furniture. Situated on enclosed property of 300 sqm the villa offers to the guests the following outdoor facilities: 30 sqm large private pool with gradual entrance, 4 sun chairs, well maintained lawn, summer kitchen with covered terrace for dining, barbecue fireplace, spacious terrace with sitting set on the first floor of the house and several parking spaces.



Villa Evita is a holiday home with a total living area of 185 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor consists of a dining room with fireplace and glass wall with view to the terrace and garden, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and two shower/toilets. On the first floor there is a lovely living room with satellite TV, sitting set and glass wall to the spacious terrace, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds and a smaller terrace, one more shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
