Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire villa, including the private entrance. The property features a key lock for your security. To receive the key code for access, please provide check-in details for all guests. The key code will be generated on or before your arrival day.

Getting Around:

To ensure your arrival at Casa Mar is as seamless as your stay, we provide two complimentary private parking spaces directly on the premises for your convenience. While the tranquil village of Mugeba is best explored by car, allowing you the freedom to discover the hidden gems of the Istrian coast at your own pace, the vibrant center of Porec is merely a short drive away. For those arriving by air, Pula Airport is the primary gateway to the region, situated approximately forty-five minutes by car from the villa. We recommend arranging a private transfer or car rental to fully enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape during your journey to our doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a seamless and sophisticated stay, please note that our villa offers a range of complimentary amenities including high-speed internet, climate control through air conditioning and heating, and fresh bed linens and towels.

Our private swimming pool is available for your enjoyment from March through November.

We provide two dedicated parking spaces for your convenience.

Please be advised that our check-in hours are from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is required by 10:00.

In accordance with local safety regulations, all guests are required to complete an online check-in process, which includes providing identification.

While we welcome pets, please note a daily fee of ten euros applies, and dangerous dog breeds are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 10:00 to ensure a tranquil environment for all.

We are pleased to provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests upon request.
