Villa Casa Theresa by Villas Guide

Casa Theresa is located in Kadumi, a small village near Poreč. This 2-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 5 people, and with its spacious garden, it is an ideal oasis for a truly relaxing vacation close to the coast. Relax in the villa with friends or family, then visit the towns on the west coast of Istria or head inland to explore the hiking trails, vineyards, and other attractions that Istria has to offer.



Upon entering the villa, you will find an air-conditioned open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals on vacation, including appliances such as a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and others. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table where you can enjoy meals with the whole group, and then continue socializing on the comfortable sofa in the living room, where you can also enjoy a Smart TV.



Casa Theresa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a bed for 2 people and one bedroom has an additional bed for 1 person. The spacious bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose what suits you best, and you also have toiletries and a hairdryer at your disposal.



The grounds of the villa are 1050 m² and full of greenery. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the covered patio and enjoy the soothing view of the various plants that adorn the garden of this villa. For added enjoyment, a charcoal grill is available so you can easily prepare a light dinner and enjoy it outdoors. Two covered parking spaces are also available at the villa.



This villa is a great base if you want to explore Istria during your stay. It is located not far from Poreč, and you can also reach Novigrad with a short drive. If you want to explore smaller towns, you can drive to Višnjan, famous for its observatory, or visit Motovun, an old Istrian town on a hill with hiking and biking trails and a rich gastronomic offer. If you are traveling as a family, be sure to visit the Aquacolors water park, which is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa and will provide a fun day out.
