A spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring gas cooking, electric oven, the ever-convenient dishwasher as well as a coffee pod machine.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
A Large L-shaped couch to fit the whole family, smart TV plus WIFI for all your streaming desires.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the kitchen/dining area, as well as a woodfire in the dining area. Ceiling fans in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms.

LAUNDRY
Featuring a washer & dryer, plus an extra fridge for overflow items for those long stays.

A large undercover outdoor area with an outdoor TV, spacious yard for the pups and kids to run around in, plus the bonus of a pool to cool off in those summer months. Equipped with a BBQ also.
