”I booked 3 nights, but ended up staying a week. Place is nice, clean, cosy, staff superfriendly, surroundings very beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of space. Dorm room was warm enough for me, I find most of the NZ hostels too cold on winter time. Moana Lodge is truly a home away from home and good place to stay if you need a break from busy Wellington. Only thing I wish to change is that they should have unlimited wi-fi., altough I did get as much those 1GB...

”Beautiful house and lovely family. When I saw the room however, I asked the host to consider giving me a refund or a partial refund despite their policy. I rented for 3 nights and stayed zero minutes.
The problem was, that the room felt too enclosed. The room is downstairs - I don't recall the room having windows...
The Expedia/VRBO Listing shows pictures of the kitchen and the patio and the amenities you can use upstairs but when you walk up stairs and you see the family doing homework, you...

”The apartment is nice and it is indeed close to the beach.. However, there was a lack of attention of the cleaning personnel. They were dirty trays in the oven, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and clothes in the dryer. The filters in the dryer were filthy The cleaner came quickly upon our request though.”
