La Guerchinette is a semi-detached cottage adjoining the owners' house, located in the heart of Sainte Marie sur Mer, 300 meters from the beach, shops/restaurants, and the market.
Public parking is available a short walk away and is free year-round.

There is a private, enclosed courtyard of 80 m² (south-facing) and a private tennis court a few meters from the cottage.

Ground floor: living room, one spacious bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200 cm) with a sink, accessible by two steps, the kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet.

Upstairs: one spacious bedroom (two single beds 70x200 cm that can be joined together + one single bed 90x200 cm).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: end-of-stay cleaning and electricity (from May to the end of September). Not included: bed linen, towels, electricity and electric heating (from October to the end of April) and tourist tax.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
