La Canopée, gîte in the heart of the city, balcony, quiet street close to the Old Port

Welcome to Le Chant des Pierres - En Cœur de Ville,

The cottage La Canopée, is a beautiful spacious and bright apartment, located on the 1st and last floor of a house shared in two separate dwellings. The second cottage being Le Rameau located on the upper first floor of the house.
A parking space is reserved for each cottage in the vicinity of the accommodations.

The old port, the castle, the market and the local shops are only a few minutes walk from the cottage. As for the marina and the beach of La Noeveillard, 1km distance separates them from La Canopée.

Calm is assured (street with little traffic and one-way street) and the various activities offered in Pornic a few steps or minutes by car (hiking, beaches, casino, earthenware, cycle paths, golf, thalassotherapy, restaurants, shops, cinema,...).

The canopy has two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony along the entire length of the cottage:
- Bedroom n°1: 160x200 bed, wardrobe, balcony access
- Bedroom n°2: 2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200 with mattress topper, dresser,...
- Living room: sofa bed (160x200), dining area, TV, Bluetooth speaker, board games, balcony access,...

In the kitchen:
