The apartment is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned before your arrival, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Supplies are provided for your convenience: coffee and tea pods, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods.

Check-in and key pickup are handled on-site by our partner concierge, who will also be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is laid out as follows:

- A master suite with a double bed (140 x 200), an armchair, a fan, nightstands, and lamps. It features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, sinks, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A travel crib and a baby bathtub are also available for families. The bedroom has a large fixed picture window that lets in plenty of light and overlooks the living area of the duplex. This floor therefore has no direct access to the outdoors.

Enjoy the outdoors on the furnished balcony or in the 500 m² shared garden, accessible to all residents.
A shared outdoor swimming pool and wading pool are also available from June 15 to September 15.
There are 2 marked parking spaces available at the bottom of the residence.
