Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the main living area, with a comfortable lounge corner equipped with a sofa and a television. Just behind are the dining table and the open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are at your disposal.

The balcony, which extends along one side of the house, is accessible from the large bay windows.



Regarding the bedrooms, you will find two double rooms: one with a Queen Size bed (160/200), and the other with a double bed (140/190) which also has a private shower. A third room is fitted with bunk beds, capable of accommodating up to four children.

You will have access to a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for added comfort.



For parking, a private parking space is reserved for you.
