It can accommodate up to 8 holidaymakers. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a vast bright living area with lounge and dining room, 2 terraces (one with sea view) and an enclosed, tree-lined garden.

The villa is ideally situated to enjoy the pleasures of Pornichet: beach and shops within immediate proximity.

The accommodation

From the entrance, you discover a vast bright living space opening onto the dining room, lounge, kitchen and outside. The house opens on one side onto a terrace overlooking the tree-lined garden.

A second lounge also provides access to a terrace with ocean views.



The house can accommodate up to 9 travellers: 6 adults and 3 children



The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.



• Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a children's bedroom with bunk beds + storage bed (3 beds in 90x190).



• Ground floor: a large bedroom with double bed (180x190), close to a bathroom with laundry room.



You will also find 4 WCs, 1 WC in each bathroom and a WC located near the entrance.



The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably accommodates 10 guests, both indoors and outdoors thanks to the large garden table and charcoal barbecue.
