”there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges”

”The room was clean, the beds super comfy and rooms are sound proof which is great! Food in the restaurant and the lounge were really good also. The spa opened till midnight is great for unwinding in the evening. ”

”Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it. ”

”We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. ”
