”No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

”We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible.
Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

”We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is stunning and the extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe.Everything felt peaceful and well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again . The only small downside was that we found the drinks at the bar expensive , but this didn’t detract from our overall experience.”

”We had an excellent week in room with double bed. Area is quiet and it was possible sleep window open. Balcony was big enough and all was clean. Only minus is small space for shower.
Host is one of the most friendly person ever met”

”We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool,...
