A great outdoor area is waiting for you. The heated swimming pool will be the centerpiece. Spend many fun hours in the water here. Bjørkøya has exciting flora and a rich animal life. There are idyllic sandy beaches and open spaces here. The island is well suited for cycling and there are bike paths across and along the island. Bjørkøya is west facing and sunny in the archipelago between Brevik and Langesund. Here is everything available for beautiful summer days with beautiful hiking areas, boating and recreation. In the area you can enjoy the summer concerts at Wrightegården in Langesund. You can rent kayaks down by the beach. The children have a playground, there is frisbee golf and much more.
