Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this home while enjoying mountain views from the hot tub and saltwater views from the living room and front porch. Home sleeps family of 4, a sofa bed can sleep 2 additional guests. Our home is a walk away from the Olympic Discovery trail and centrally located between Port Angeles and Sequim in a quiet neighborhood. Both cities offer abundant activities to explore with friends, family, and pets. After a fun day, relax in the backyard or front porch while gazing at the stars or enjoy the warmth of the fire-pit in the sprawling backyard. Deer visits in the mornings will make your day!

I live in town and had a friend visiting from New England. We wanted a hot tub for her last night so we booked this place last minute. The hot tub never got hot. We troubleshoot over the phone/the owner. It never got above 86 so we never used it. Total bummer since my house was overall much more comfy than this single wide trailer full of microfiber everything which is why I went home and got my own down comforter and pillow. I tell you this part of the story because even though we expressed our disappointment and details of our situation the host said the hot tub was actually not a gaurantee “even though it’s listed as “cozy cottage w/HOT TUB” and offered no refund. Even just 20 would have sufficed in my book as a good enoughgesture that they cared- it wasn’t about money it was about principle. BUT THEN THEY ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THEIR CHEAP PILLOWS!!I couldn’t believe it. They were watching us when we walked in AND when we left with their security cameras and never saw me carrying in my bedding only carrying it out…because they didn’t know I went to my house a few hours after arriving to grab it and assumed it was theirs when they saw me carrying it out. I’m sorry but you do not have comfy fluffy pillows and down comforters in the first place. Do not accuse people of stealing unless you are 100%. Just overall such a bummer experience. Do not recommend. (Btw after 2 hours of troubleshooting they told us to use the neighboring hot tub which was also not hot)

I rented the space to escape the city noise for a few days. This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quaint, quiet and comfortable. With the hot tub perfectly tucked away on the back porch, the peaceful scenery and atmosphere, everything I needed to cook some delicious food, and the cozy warm bedding - I got exactly what I was looking for! There were deer in the yard when I pulled in. The property was very close to hiking trails, and only a beautiful drive away from Forks and the Hoh Rainforest. Thanks!

Loved the stay here! House was very comfortable! The room with twin beds was a bit small but we just kept the suitcases in the living room. Kitchen was nice and we loved the location. Our favorite was the hot tub after long days of hiking in ONP!

Good clean cottage for a one night stay after exploring Olympic National Park. Had good cooking facilities for us to make a meal in the evening and our toddler loved the climbing frame and deer wandering close by. The adults appreciated the hot tub and checking in and out was easy.

The location was very quiet and there were deer all over. The backyard with the jacuzzi was very nice too. The only issues were that the shower wall/ceiling had black mold and we couldn't get the tv to work at all. The instructions didn’t work and the brand of the remote didnt match the tv brand.

This is the perfect spot for easy access to the Park. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Watching the baby deer prance around the backyard was an added treat! We will definitely stay again!

This cottage worked well for our 2 nights in Port Angeles area to visit ONP. We appreciated the hot tub and saw a nice sunset down the street our first night there. We sat on the front porch with morning coffee and watched deer in the neighbors yard. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry, but we appreciated having one on site. The drive into town was pretty quick and easy and the quiet location of the cottage was perfect and served as a good base for exploring parts of ONP. I would recommend this cottage to others.

Serene and beautiful cottage

I stayed here for a week with my two teens as a base to explore the Olympic peninsula. It was a trip to celebrate my 50th birthday; I come from New York and have always wanted to see the rainforests and coasts at Olympic. This cottage was perfect for us! It was tidy and beautifully decorated, and was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen equipment to shampoo and conditioner. The area was beautiful to walk through, with the impressive view of the bluff a short walk down the road. And the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had. In a world where many vacation rentals are set up as investments with little thought or effort put in, this place is a rare gem! We will definitely be back.

Perfection

We felt we were far "away from it all," but were just 10-15 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The beautiful ocean view, with Canada in the distance, was much more stunning than the listing shows.Whether traveling with human children or a furry one, the spacious back yard is a win! We languished in the hot tub and watched the srars appear. The owners refurbished the home beautifully. We could FEEL the clean the moment we walked in. It was perfection.
