Welcome to The NW Olympic Retreat, Freshly renovated & designed for a comfortable stay. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath home just minutes away from Downtown Port Angeles. Guest will enjoy easy access to Olympic National Park, Black Ball Ferry, Hurricane Ridge, Many Restaurants & Grocery Stores.

Our property was designed for a comfortable and cozy stay in the Pacific North West. Here you will have many amenities including WiFi.

The NW Olympic Retreat is a great location for those looking for a quiet get away with space to catch up on work, also great for small groups of friends and families that are looking to unwind and relax and see what Port Angeles has to offer.

Our property is freshly renovated and furnished to have a warm and cozy stay. The living Room is equipped with seating for 7 and a 55in smart tv and warm electric fireplace. Each room has a queen size bed and 42in smart tv as well. Enjoy fully equipped kitchen. Amenities that are included are:

The rental was clean and comfortable. The updates were well done. Loved the rainshower and the office workspace. Only slight issues: the washing machine had been broken by the previous renter (but there was a nice laundromat mearby) and if you turned the fireplace on high it tripped the power strip. Once the house warmed up with the bedroom heaters, there was no need for it to be on high so both small issues. I would stay here again if I was back in Port Angeles.

The residence was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that it was not disclosed that the washing machine was not functioning. I always look for washer/dryer so I can pack light and wash clothes. I confirmed with the cleaning agency that they were aware and there is a faulty sensor so feel it should be disclosed to people renting.

Consider other options

Check in was easy and the place was fairly clean except for massive stains on the couch. I specifically asked the property manager if appliances were working because I had read another review that said some weren’t. The property manager told me that everything worked as it should however there were big notices on the dishwasher and laundry machine that said both were disabled and not to use. I was pretty disappointed that I was lied to. I found several dishes that weren’t cleaned well, which I had to hand wash before using. The remote/tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work either. The back yard was overgrown and had trash on the ground, including a broken office chair. Although there was no mention of a pet fee, I was invoiced an additional fee after I had already booked my stay. I asked the manager to remove the fee and pointed out that no such fee was on the listing but he wouldn’t do it and blamed me for not checking some box when booking the appointment (which definitely wasn’t there). Needless to say, I won’t be staying there again and would encourage potential guests to look elsewhere.

Cute house in a nice location

The house was nicely remodeled. It had a fabulous bathroom shower. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The dishwasher was not working but that really didn't inconvenience us. The location was nice in that it was a quiet & walkable area of town yet convenient for shopping. There were several nice restaurants in the area. Our host was great & responsive.

Comfortable property close to Downtown Port Angeles

Well labeled kitchen and nice property. I would stay here again in the summer time. It was freezing when we walked in and took almost until the time we were checking out to actually warm up where your feet didn't freeze when touching the floor. Other than poor heating, this place was a win and perfect if you plan to do things in DT Port Angeles.

Quiet part of town

We chose this place because it would be accessible to our Port Angeles cousin with mobility issues. She has trouble navigating steps but had no trouble here. My brother fixed a holiday meal for us, and the kitchen served us well. The seating was serviceable but not cozy. The house is on a quiet street with a view of the mountains. It appeared to be a neighborhood that is coming back after some hard times.

Great value, Great location

All of the recent upgrades to the interior of the house are very well done. The kitchen and bathroom are in like new condition. Will be nice when the dishwasher is fixed, but understandable that it's a work in process. The street and neighborhood are nice and quiet. Will definitely stay there again if available.

October Olympic park stay

Access to highway and local establishments was easy. Television would have been nice to have an antenna to access local channels for weather. Furniture was not comfortable for winding down after hiking the entire day. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen and shower were very nice. It was easy to find and check in and out. It definitely worked for us as we were out and about most of the time and not spending all our time at home. This would not be the best place for sitting around and lounging at. It's a good spot to use as a home base for other adventures.

Short stay for wedding

Neighborhood doesn't look the greatest, but it was nice and quiet. We even had deer in the yard. House was clean and nicely decorated. Shower was great. furniture and beds could be more comfortable, not the greatest for tall people.

Unique Budget Friendly

I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO and couldn't be happier with my experience! The location was perfect for exploring Olympic National Park and nearby attractions. We loved being just a short drive from the park and local restaurants. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive as we had to reschdule our stay multiple times. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Port Angeles.

NW Olympic Retreat was perfect for 4 day stay visiting Olympic national Park. Clean, cozy, well appointed and well located for seeing many of the parks highlights! Close to town too for groceries, restaurants, nice shops. Loved it!
