    Toinen rivi upeilla näkymillä ja upealla kalastuksella! Helppo pääsy rannalle -autot, mönkijät ja golfk��rryt sallittu! Gated kannet pienille lapsille / lemmikkejä. Abby Sands Castle Beach M��kki on toinen rivi kotiin rannalla näkemyksiä Caplen kanssa suuri surffailla kalastus! Caplen ranta on paras ranta-alue hain hampaiden ja hiekka dollari metsästys yhdessä kalastajien paratiisi kiinni t��ydellinen punasimppu! Hyvin rauhallinen rannan loppu pienille lapsille, kalastus tai pariskunnan romanttinen viikonloppu kaukana väkijoukosta. Kävele kannella molemmilla tasoilla kahdella suurella kannella (katetut ja paljastetut alueet) rentoutua ja nauttia esteettömistä näkymistä rannalle ja lahdelle! Molemmat tasot ovat aidatulla pitämään pienet lemmikkisi ja lapset turvallisina. Tämä valoisa ja nykyaikainen lomakoti on täydellinen paikka yst��ville ja perheelle nauttimaan rentouttavasta lomasta yhdess��. Mukavissa, värikkäissä ja trooppisissa kalusteissa asuintilaa on mukava istuimet ja avoin pohjaratkaisu keittiölle ja ruokasalille, mik�� helpottaa seurustelua - lisäksi se ei miss��än huvittaa! Huoneessa on satelliittitelevisio ja turvallinen WIFI. Kun olet valmiina jonkin aikaa ulkona, voit hyödyntää kilometrejä rantoja aivan ovesi ulkopuolella - kävelyä, autolla tai golfkärryillä (vuokraus saatavilla niemimaalla). Laatta (maahan) on suljettu kuuma / kylmä hiekkasuihku, pesualtaita, piknikpöytiä ja suuri pysyv�� ruostumattomasta ter���ksestä valmistettu hiiligrilli! Tämä vuokra sisältää ensimmäisen kerroksen yksikön ja p��äsyn kaikkiin kansiloihin runsaalla kannella istuimet. Ylempi yksikkö ei ole vuokrattavissa eikä tyhjänä.

Our stay was short, but amazing. The house was very nice, close to the beach, and just all around beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching the waves.

Perfect Weekend Spot

House was very clean. Great spot to stay for our family; plenty of space in the bedrooms. The view from the top deck was great. Loved all of the deck seating! Easy golf cart ride back and forth from the beach to the house for the little ones! Outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. Outdoor sink was a nice touch when grilling downstairs. Would definitely stay again!

They had everything you needed, pans, blankets, washer, dryer, everything. The only bad thing I can say is that the bEd's are really uncomfortable, we woke up so early because we had body cramps from sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, the house is great!!

Very nice home but didn't like the "double-dip" on fees

Home was lovely, Cobb Realty was fine -- BUT thought I was renting from VRBO and the fees were included in the total price -which I am accustomed to. However; then I get an email saying I really rented from Cobb which required a ton of paperwork and additional fees.

The location is quiet and has a beautiful view with a close walk to the beach. The closed in deck is perfect for our pet. We have made many cherished memories here. We are very appreciative to the owner who lets others share their home.The only thing that would push it over the top is the addition of a lift in order to get supplies, luggage and groceries up. Just not getting any younger and it's exhausting making multiple trips.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was easy. House was clean but had a slight smell of mildew upon arrival. Opened the windows for a bit and it was all gone in no time. We noticed some items in the house seemed to be "glued back together" as a temporary fix - not sure if this was from management or previous renters.IMPORTANT: Basic necessities are NOT included such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc... This is not mentioned anywhere on VRBO but I was told it is mentioned somewhere on management's business website...

Good Visit During the Pandemic

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First all the house is in a great location, close to the beach, walking distance. The house was stocked with everything we needed and enough space. It was nice and the porch outside was great for eating and enjoying the ocean. The part that we probably didn't like much and wish was mentioned prior to coming was you do not have access to 2nd floor of the house. It was never mentioned when we picked up the keys either and got all of the instructions. I think it's fine to not have access but at least communicate this. Then when we got there we had to place the sheets on the bed ourselves, kind of frustrating when you pay cleaning fees and arrive to the house and have to make your own bed before you even sleep in it. Another thing there was barely any soap left in the dispenser but they sure make sure to put the name of the house on it so you don't take it but don't take the time to refill it before the next guest arrive and the same goes for the toilet paper. Maybe they don't stock the toilet paper because when we arrived there was maybe 1/4 a roll left in both bathrooms when I felt there should have been full rolls left for our 6 day stay. We ran out by the next day and had to go buy some. If they don't stock it then again that should be communicated prior to arriving. Other than that we were able to cook and sleep well and enjoy the beach.

A screen or storm door on the entry door would be a great addition.

Abby sands was great. The location is awesome with great views. Too much sun one day, chill on the balcony with shade and you won't feel like you are missing out with the great views. The only thing I would mention is you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other than that it was great!

The house was perfect for out trip. Close enough for us to wall to the beach.

We had a great time and can't wait to go back.
