Beachy Keen- This is a great home located in the Driftwood Addition across from the Big Store. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodates 12 guests. With its large deck and crow's nest on top, you can enjoy glorious sunrises with your morning coffee, and breathtaking sunsets with your favorite beverages. Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen area make the space inviting for family time, whether relaxing, watching your favorite movies on ROKU, playing games, or having meals. There is a fold-out couch to accommodate 2 for sleeping. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed during your stay. The primary bedroom, in a loft setting overlooking the living area, has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Bedroom two has 2 twin/full bunks, and bedroom three has a queen bed. Downstairs, the children can enjoy playing games or running about in the oversized lot while the adults gather around the picnic table waiting for some great outdoor cooking on the grill. There is plenty of room inside and outside to entertain family and friends. When you're ready for sandy shores and waves, the beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. There is beach access from the backside of the home on Olive Street. After a fun day on the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Everything will be "Beachy-Keen" with a stay in this home!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
