The Space:

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront home is perfect for two small families. Located on a quieter, private area of the Bolivar Peninsula, Coastal Breeze is still close to shopping and restaurants. You are literally steps from the beach, and have endless views of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished deck.



The great room features a roomy, comfortably furnished living area with a large flat-screen TV and charming coastal decor. This opens up to well-stocked kitchen (including Keurig coffee maker) and a large island. There is also a laundry room with a spacious pantry and a washer and dryer.



With 1200 square feet, Coastal Breeze easily sleeps 9. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with Smart TV and an ensuite bath. Bedroom two has and queen bed and bedroom three features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is additional sleeping for one with a twin rollaway mattress. All bedrooms have televisions, and high speed internet is provided for your streaming convenience.



In the downstairs area, you'll find a yard, charcoal barbecue pit, outdoor swing, and picnic table - a great space for family cookouts and games! You'll also love the outdoor shower for rinsing the sand away.

Coastal Breeze is a lovely place to make memories with friends and loved ones!



Two small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with additional pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
