Our stay at Sunny Daze was nothing but a letdown and disappointment from the moment we arrived.
First, we were only able to use keys for the door instead of a proper entry system. The internet never worked during our stay, and instead of sending someone out to fix the issue, we were asked to go into the attic ourselves to look for a switch or something related to the connection.
The house itself had multiple maintenance issues. Not all of the stove burners worked, the toilets constantly needed the lid removed just to flush properly, and the shower handles broke off. The furniture was also in terrible condition — the couch sinks in badly, and the beds feel like they were poorly put together and are missing pieces.
The pictures online definitely make the property look much nicer than it actually is. The TV in the master bedroom did not work either.
To make matters worse, when we arrived, neighbors told us the house was full of mold.
Overall, I would not recommend Sunny Daze until it receives major updates, repairs, and proper maintenance.
