Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to all areas of the home, EXCEPT the closet in the laundry room, which is kept locked at all times.
✹ PARKING: Free parking in the driveway only & Free EV charging outlet. Please bring your own charging cord.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free Starlink Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the Queen bedroom. Due to natural occurrences in the weather for this area, there may be short internet outages or "bumps". Even with Starlink, there can still be internet outages that are out of our control.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ‘n’ Play, highchair, kids’ tableware + games/toys/books.
✹ PETS: We have a strict NO-PET policy due to severe allergies. Thank you for understanding that this is NOT a pet-friendly property and leave your pets at home, or choose a different property that will fit your needs. There are plenty of beach properties that allow pets.

✹ We highly recommend travelers’ insurance. A $100 cancellation fee is required for all cancellations of reservations regardless of when the booking is cancelled. The only exception are for bookings where payment is not disbursed until after the guest checks in. If payment is disbursed before check-in, then the fee is assessed upon cancellation.

✹ Third-Party Bookings & Longer Stays: Please contact us for corporate, work or longer stays. A new booking must be scheduled, and a new rental agreement must be signed for each 28-day period.

✹ The booking guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. A Booking Clean-Up form message will be sent with a link to the Rental Agreement, Security Deposit hold and additional questions. Failure to complete these steps will delay the issuance of the check-in instructions.

✹ Names and ages of all other guests who will be staying at the property is required.

✹ A $300 Security Deposit HOLD will be placed on the booking guests' credit card a minimum of 2 days before arrival date. The hold will be released once the booking guest has checked out and it has been determined that there was no damage.

✹ Age Limit: Booking guest must be 25 years old or older.

✹ Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
-Unapproved early check-ins will incur a $150 charge for the extra time. DO NOT check in early unless it has been approved by the host.

-Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $25 per 30-minute increments past the check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules.

✹ Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM.

✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks.

✹ There are RING exterior security cameras on-site; a RING doorbell, a RING camera at the front right corner facing the front door and stairs, one in the back right corner of the house, and two downstairs facing the driveway. These are necessary for the safety and security of our guests as well as the property. Cameras are not to be tampered with.

✹ No parties or events.

✹ No smoking/illegal drug use, illegal activity, or weapons of any kind in the house or anywhere on the property. Vaping is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

✹ A maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated, including children. No extra guests at any time. If someone was not listed at the time of the booking, then that person is not allowed to be on premises without prior permission from the host.
