Set back on a quiet cul-de-sac of Pelican Shores Circle, you and your family can get that much-needed quiet while still being mere minutes from the action of this great area. With a perfect bayfront location you'll have no delay slipping right into vacation mode. Sip a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the screened lanai boasting beautiful water views.

Three bikes are provided for easy transportation. You'll be one and a half miles north of Englewood Public Beach, restaurants, and shops, and just a short trip from the mainland for other shopping and points north and south. While in the area, be sure to grab a bite to eat from local favorites. You can also gaze at the glorious sunsets over Manasota Key. For a change of scenery, head to the island's far end and check out the beautiful trails at Stump Pass Beach State Park. Don't hesitate to go inland to downtown Englewood for even more city fun!

Hop into the kitchen and take advantage of all of the appliances of home to whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The free Xfinity WiFi and cable TV in the living room will provide more than enough entertainment when days come to a close. For your convenience, there is also a dedicated landline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
