”Hosts were so nice and the guest house was wonderful. Very clean and all the things you need for a quiet getaway. Neighborhood is quiet as well. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom is very spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day exploring Sarasota and Siesta Key. Getting to the house, getting inside the house and picking up was all very easy. Decor is perfect. Highly recommend!”

”This is nothing of what is advertised. This is a bait and switch location and the pictures are NOT current. Outside area is falling apart, dirty, and just plain shocking. Refused to spend a single hour here and rented another property. Currently have a claim open with Vrbo and my bank to get my money back. Host was seemingly lovely to work with but was never told the property was not up to par with description and advertised pictures. Beyond disappointed after flying in from out of state. ”
