PLEASE NOTE: due to hurricane Ian the tree and the fence in the pictures are no longer standing. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The master bedroom features a large king bed, stand up shower with bench and walk-in closet. The guest room features a queen bed along with plenty of storage space and a desk for any last minute work that needs to be done. The bright open living, dining and kitchen are perfect for entertaining under the vaulted ceilings. Fire up the grill and relax on the porch.

Being a keyless property makes it a breeze for coming and going as you are out exploring the near-by beaches, shopping, attractions and natural Florida beauty. You will be given a code prior to check in for access to the property. Guests have full PRIVATE access to the entire home, lot, driveway and garage.

This home is located in Southwest Florida perfectly situated in between Sarasota and Fort Myers so you have the entire coast to explore. More specifically we are located on the border of North Port and Port Charlotte with easy access to major roadways and the highway. Whether you’re flying in from RSW, TPA, SRQ or Punta Gorda you will find it is an easy drive from the property.

Ready for a day at the beach? The home is located just 10 minutes to the Port Charlotte Beach Park, and around 30 minutes to multiple beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. We recommend Englewood Beach on Manasota Key or Nokomis Beach on Casey Key. Go back in time on Gasparilla Island as you explore the untouched beaches and old Florida laid-back town of Boca Grande.

Get out on the water! We are just 10 minutes to Charlotte Harbor with quick access to multiple boat ramps and marinas. Explore the many waterways near us including the Peace River, Charlotte Harbor, Myakka River, Placida Harbor and more! Rent a boat, explore via kayak or do a fishing charter during the popular Tarpon season.

Dine and shop till you drop! Stroll down the cobblestone streets of Historic Downtown Punta Gorda or enjoy the sweeping water views at Fisherman’s Village. Get active at the many golf clubs just a stone’s throw from the property or walk around the numerous waterfront parks and nature preserves including Gilchrist Park, Ponce De Leon Park, Charlotte Harbor Preserve or Peace River State Forest.

We are conveniently located near two major roadways and the highway. The home itself sits on a large corner lot with one cross-street getting busier during rush hour. This is a concrete home with hurricane rated windows but you can still hear some road noise at busy times.

There is no smoking within the home or on the lanai/porch if you would like to smoke please do so at the end of the driveway and dispose of your waste properly.

Bring your boats, recreational vehicles and more! There are no rules in our area that prohibit the parking of recreational vehicles. Please park on the driveway and do not block the road or park on the grass.

Our home is on a septic system and city water. You are fine to drink the water from the tap as it’s provided by the city. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilets or put anything down the drains other than waste and toilet paper. This includes feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, diapers, paper towel, tissues, food etc.. Septic systems are sensitive and can only handle toilet paper and human waste.

This is Florida so pests EVEN in a newly built home are to be expected. You absolutely will see lizards, birds, bugs, insects, frogs, turtles, tortoises and more! Occasionally they MAY sneak their way in the home. We have regular pest control for this reason. Be mindful of opening and closing the doors, leaving food out etc...
