My Charlotte villa : Heated pool and boat dock

Luxury house of 2,390 sqft has 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, a private heated pool, and a 3 cars garage (only two car slots available).

The canals and waterways provide an excellent place for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Dock your boat directly to the private dock of the house (24 feet dock), you are only 25 minutes boating to the cristal waters and the sandbar of Gasparilla Island.

As you enter the house, you will have a big spacious and modern living room with a nice and big sectional sofa to simply relax and watch TV (Netflix included) or read a book.

For those who like to cook you will literally have access to a chef’s kitchen ! The newer kitchen come with stainless appliances and has everything you will need to create amazing dishes.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom is an upscale space for a relaxing moment or deep sleep with its king-size bed. It has its own walking closet and master bathroom (shower).

What about the spectacular view of the pool from the master bedroom when you wake up ?

The second bedroom offer a king size bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed with twin size trundle


A good size closet and a dresser are part of each bedroom for the guests to enjoy their own space during the stay. The second bathroom offers a tube and is perfectly located between the 2 bedrooms.

Pool, games or just chill !

The pool area is where family and friends will enjoy unbelievable moments and create great memories. Stepping out to the lanai, a lovely heated pool will invite you to relax every day. The outdoor kitchen is spacious and perfect to have lunch or grill meat on the barbecue grill. Enjoy a glass of wine next to the pool, watching the sunset, while sitting on the outdoor sofa or deckchairs.

After enjoying the beautiful pool, it’s time for great game and creating family or friends memories. You will have a lot to enjoy: pool table, shuffleboard table or table games are here for you have a great time.

Its central location between the cities of Ft. Myers and Sarasota opens up endless lifestyle opportunities. Restaurants will pamper you with delectable food while you enjoy gorgeous views of the intercostal water leading to the Gulf of Mexico.

The community offers public sidewalks, parks, which include a public boat ramp, picnic area, linear walkway, and playground.
