”Our stay at The Roost was absolutely amazing! After driving two and a half hours from out of state, arriving at another subpar hotel, and having to quickly cancel our reservation, finding The Roost at the last minute truly felt heaven-sent.

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Staff was super helpful and courteous. Had internet issues and was not able to provide room keys. Inconvenient to have to have a staff member walk you to your room every time. TV in room unable to load apps or cast from phone. Rooms are outdated. Old looking furniture and fixtures. Room was also hot due to the building being glass mostly. AC worked well but unable to keep up with Baltimore heat. Room temp was at 78 most of the day.”
