”Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - asking us if they could help when we looked lost in one of the hallways; offering to accommodate food allergies as much as possible; greeting us warmly coming and going; etc. The hotel room was very clean and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We spent a couple of hours in the evening lounging outside in the garden courtyard couches enjoying the nice weather, music from the nearby Play restaurant and the flowers and fountains. It...

”Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value.”

”The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good.”

”Room was clean and esthetically pleasing. There was a bit of mold starting on some of the grout in the shower area, but didn't bother me enough to complain. Balcony was lovely to enjoy a drink and read, although I wish it were cleaner (like a sweep at least). The view over the marina and the lake was beautiful. Will definitely be going back.”

”My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back.”
