The cottage unfolds with a welcoming ambience, its bright red door and white picket fence setting a cheerful first impression. Inside, the living area is designed for unwinding, with generous seating gathered around the original wood-burning fireplace — perfect for movie nights, quiet reading, or lingering conversations after a day by the sea. Sunlight filters through plantation shutters, softening the space and enhancing its relaxed, lived-in charm.

The kitchen blends classic character with modern ease, offering generous bench space and quality appliances that make cooking together effortless. The island naturally draws everyone in for morning coffee or casual bites, while the adjoining dining area, furnished with vintage timber pieces, creates an inviting setting for slow, shared meals. Outdoors, a covered patio provides shaded seating for alfresco dining overlooking the lush lawn. The backyard unfolds in layers of lush greenery, creating a sense of privacy and calm, while the fire pit invites slow evenings spent under the trees. A freestanding outdoor bathtub adds a touch of ritual for soaking beneath open skies after long beach days.

Each bedroom is styled as a restful retreat: a king bed anchors the primary bedroom, a second king room glows with natural light, and a third offers a cosy queen bed. The main bathroom is fresh and contemporary, featuring a walk-in shower and refined finishes, complemented by a separate half bathroom for added convenience. A discreet laundry with a washer and drying rack supports longer stays.

Year-round comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heating, and on-site parking adds effortless practicality.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Firewood is not supplied. Kindly prepare to bring your own kindling and firewood if you plan to use the fireplace.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
