”Both Aman and Ella were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Indeed, all of the staff which I encountered or interacted with were very friendly and professional. A true credit to the hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again if I was in the area.”

”The room i had room 310 was constantly noisey due to the ducting on the roof had to buy some ear plugs to cope with it Other than that cant fault anything else excellent value for money”

”We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. ”

”Huoneeni oli tilava ja siisti. Rakennus oli vanha, mutta huone oli remontoitu nykyajan vaatimukset täyttäviksi. Rappuset huoneeseen oli tosin kapeat (mutta hissikin oli). Aamupala oli ilmaiseksi hyvä (muroja, jugurttia, paahtoleipää, mehua, teetä ja kahvia). Respa oli auki vain aamuisin. Muina aikoina sitä hoidettiin etänä läheisestä hotellista, joka oli ihan toimiva järjestely. Aulassa oli puhelin, jolla etärespaan sai helposti yhteyden.”

The breakfast was made to order and delivered with wonderful hospitality. Checkout was just handing the key back - oh and the minibar was complimentary. Genuinely a wonderful experience.”

”Pass code given to us for the front door of the annex and was easy to use. Accommodation was beautiful,immaculate and the welcome touches were much appreciated. There is also a seating area in the garden for use. The annex is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us but also not too far from a decent sized co-op (and other shops)if we needed any groceries. We would recommend this to anyone thinking of having a break in the fantastic Isle of man. ”
