Off this living space you will find a little sun trap with seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or tuck yourself up with a good book and glass of wine. Take a little bit of time for yourself! From here you can access the back garden which comes with its own cubby and plenty of grassy space for a kick about. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and seating, enjoy summer BBQs or dinner outside on those mild winter evenings.

The upstairs is the highlight of this home, you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining and double living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, dishwasher, large oven and plenty of counter space. There is also a separate powder room off the back of the kitchen.
