The second bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in robe and overhead fan. Next door the main bathroom features a walk-in shower, separate bath with a separate toilet just beside it. The third bedroom is made for kids with three singles and trundle in a fun Criss-Cross Bunk format, ceiling fan and built-in robes.

Port Retreat is ideal no matter who you travel with, offering ample space and privacy for everyone. The heart of the house is its open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, plus a butler's pantry for ample storage. The dining room, seating eight, is perfect for family feasts with a split system for heating and cooling and a gas fireplace that also warms the bedrooms via a heat transfer system and overhead vents. The second living space is a sunny sanctuary with a large smart TV and windows that let in the afternoon sun.

Step outside to the deck from the second living room and find an additional outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan. Perfect for summer BBQs after a day at the beach. This fully enclosed backyard also features extra seating, an outdoor shower and a basketball net to keep the kids entertained!
