One bedroom apartment, small but workable. The noise from the larger apartments upstairs is terrible and the noise when they come down stairs is extremely loud. Some children were playing on the stairs so the noise was ongoing for the last two nights. Told that the one bedroom apartments were serviced daily but told by staff they were only serviced once a week, we had to find staff to get fresh towels every two days. The bed was comfortable and the siting area was fine. The door windows needed washing as many hand prints, the carpet needs a good steam clean. The garage door in 15 doesn’t open unless you get out of the car and close to the door to open it.
The staff were lovely and the young lass that helped us with fresh towels every two days was bright cheerful and welcoming.
I would stay again but would bring other family members and get an upstairs apartment to avoid frequent disturbances.
