”I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....

”Very clean, bright and charmingly decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked all the art and the cosy feel of the place. The apartment was quiet - not a lot of traffic noises could be heard from the bedroom. We appreciated having an air conditioner, which kept the entire apartment cool. ”

”We had a brilliant time, visiting our grown children! We love them but like having our own place when we visit, the apartment is fabulous. Beautiful minimalist decor with rich finishes and the views of the river were amazing, we love the area, we ate out most every evening, fantastic restaurants and shops and the best gelato. To our hosts, thank you thank you thank you! Oh the bed was super comfortable too. ”
